Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of the K2 Agrotech website (www.k2agrotech.com) and the purchase of agricultural equipment from S.S. Agri Trading Company, operating as K2 Agrotech. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

• All product information, specifications, and images are provided for reference purposes
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of purchase via phone or WhatsApp
• Government subsidy availability depends on eligibility and FMTTI approval status

3. Ordering & Payment

• Orders can be placed via phone (+91 98933 91894), WhatsApp, or in-person at our Bhopal office
• A booking advance may be required to confirm your order
• We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash payment
• Full payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery

4. Warranty

• All machines come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
• Spare parts and consumable items are not covered under warranty

5. Delivery

• Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation
• Delivery charges may apply depending on the delivery location
• We deliver across Madhya Pradesh and neighboring states
• Customers must inspect the product upon delivery and report any damage immediately

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only
• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after inspection
• Booking advances are non-refundable once the order is confirmed

7. Limitation of Liability

K2 Agrotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
